Because a portion of the capital for this platform, Auto Liquidity Profit, originated from Shuqun LTD, and the actual investor behind those funds is Janelyn Eusebio Emperador, we have encountered significant complications. Ms. Janelyn Eusebio Emperador has been designated by the U.S. OFAC as an assistant to an Iranian shadow bank; consequently, all sources and destinations of funds handled by her are subject to the risk of freezing.
Since July 2025, this platform has been under the jurisdiction and oversight of the U.S. OFAC, with all accounts, including all cryptocurrency assets, held in a frozen state. Following several months of investigation and legal review, the U.S. OFAC has indicated a positive intention to lift the freeze. Please await further updates from us.
Currently, all profit calculations are still proceeding normally. We will provide periodic updates on the progress of the legal review process, with the next status announcement scheduled for approximately June 30, 2026.
